The RevaFlex System We Install

Certified RevaFlex EPDM Rubber Surfacing in Dripping Springs

Rubber Deck Solutions is a certified installer of the RevaFlex non-slip, crack-resistant rubber surfacing system — a premium EPDM granule surface engineered for durability, flexibility, and long-term performance.

RevaFlex is designed to:

  • Remain flexible in extreme temperatures

  • Resist cracking and surface separation

  • Bond directly to most solid substrates

  • Stay slip-resistant when wet

  • Remain UV stable in Texas heat

  • Withstand heavy traffic and daily wear

Unlike paint-based coatings or rigid overlays, RevaFlex forms a seamless, cushioned surface that moves with your substrate instead of cracking against it.

Frequently Asks Questions

What is RevaFlex?

RevaFlex is rubberized safety surfacing, which is applied to indoor and outdoor wet deck areas.

What does RevaFlex consist of?

RevaFlex is small rubber granules mixed on site with a specially formulated resin, poured in place and trowelled to accommodate the surface substrate.

Who uses RevaFlex surfacing?

RevaFlex is used on any surface that needs a permanent, non-slip, resilient surface. RevaFlex creates a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing surface for any wet deck.

How is RevaFlex surfacing installed?

Certified, trained installers apply RevaFlex. There are usually two installers and one mixer on site depending on the size of the installation. The rubber granules arrive in bags and the resin in buckets. It is then mixed and trowelled on site to the specifications of the client.

How soon can I walk on it?

RevaFlex systems are usable after a 24 hour drying period in most conditions.

Is the rubber surfacing slippery when wet?

RevaFlex is non-slip even when wet, just the same as the theory behind the rubber bath mat.

What colors does it come in?

RevaFlex has standard rubber surfacing colors for your convenience, however, custom mixes are also available.

How does it hold up against car fluids?

Our rubber resists UV rays, gasoline, diesel, motor oil, transmission fluid, hydraulic fluid and other hostile materials.

What sub-base does RevaFlex cover?

RevaFlex can be installed on most solid substrates such as concrete, tarmac, wood, aluminum and steel. It can also be installed on compacted crushed stone for creating RevaFlex swimming pool decks.

Can RevaFlex be used both indoors and outdoors?

RevaFlex rubber safety surfacing is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
